Information in the Go Bag app
The Go Bag app does not collect personal information or the content you create. There is no Go Bag account, and we do not have access to your lists or item details. Your app data is used only on your device to provide features such as organizing lists, tracking packed items, and scheduling reminders.
Optional website analytics
With your prior consent, this website uses privacy-focused analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and performance. The service is provided by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes this information on our behalf. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation and Article 5 of Portuguese Law 41/2004.
The analytics beacon may process page and landing paths, referrer information, browser, device type, operating system, approximate country, navigation and performance measurements, and an ephemeral page-load identifier. The analytics provider states that a source IP address is received during normal HTTP handling but is discarded at its nearest data center and is not stored in its analytics databases or logs.
Cookies, tracking, and your choice
The analytics service does not use analytics cookies or access localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB. It is not used for advertising, profiling, cross-site tracking, or automated decision-making. The website stores only your analytics choice, the date of that choice, and the consent policy version in localStorage for 180 days so it can respect your preference.
Analytics remains off unless you select “Accept analytics.” Refusing has no effect on your access to the website. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Analytics settings” in the footer.
Retention and international processing
The analytics provider states that unsampled beacon data is retained for seven days and then aggregated, and that analytics are available to us for the previous six months. The provider and its subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, it relies on its Data Processing Addendum, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
App data remains on your device for as long as you keep it there. You can remove it by deleting its content or uninstalling Go Bag.
